1. BOOKINGS CONFIRMATIONS
To confirm your reservation you have to pay the 30% of the total amount . You have 10 days after you have made the booking. Once we receive the payment a confirmation form will be send to you.
If we don't receive the advance payment in between 20 days we can cancel the booking automatically.
The rest ot the payment - the70% - has to be done 42 days before the arrival date. You will received back a rental contract will a full information of the adress and telephone contact, and where to pick up the keys of your property.
Always under petition you will be able to make the final payment on your arrival with cash or credit card.
Monday to Friday : from 15.00 - 18.00
Saturday: from 16.00 - 19.00
Sunday , public Holiday or later ours: Extra charge 20 € Please contact in advance to our telephone to let us know what time you are arriving so we can arrenge a place to pick up the keys.
We need to know your flight details: flight number-Arrival airport- and landing time.

3.- IDENTITY DOCUMENT
Our office will keep a copy of the passport or Identity Card of each adult
4.- CAUTION AND DAMAGES
250 € Cash /apartment will be required to the client as a deposit. The total amount will be return it to the client on the departure day if there is no damage or incidence on the property .
Any damage, incidence, extra cleaning or other matter concernig to the apartment on the check out will be charge to the client , taking the money from the deposit.
5.- CLAIMS AND COMPENSATIONS
Client has 2 days after the arrival to make any claim about the property condition.
Any claim of economical compensation must be done maximum 14 days after the departing date . The resolution should be send it to the Client's Booking Department.
Animals are allowed in some of the properties; client must remark it on the booking form. The extra cost for this service its 30€ per week and animal.
7.-INCLUDED ON THE PRICE
Water and electricity are included on the rental price except for long terms rentals.
An extra cost will be charged if you are using Air conditioned, Central heating, electric heaters and electric or gas stove.

A bad control of the cold/hot air conditioned (- open windows while its on, so many hours working, etc) will increase the extra cost. A normal extra cost shoul be about 15€ / week.
On winter long terms rentals, the total cost of electricity and eating will be paid for the client.
8 .- PRICE
The cleaning of the apartment/bungalow or villa is always obligatory, The payment should be done on the arrival date by cash as well as the extras requested. Credit cards are not allowed for this service.
Bed linen and towels can be arranged together with the rentals.

In case of any impediment or justifiable problem which prevents us from satisfy our part of the contract, we will do the possible to not damage any of the parts. Changing the tenant to another house or you can report the contract.
However taxes has to be paid.
In case of justified cancellation (death accident disease) you will be protected with your travel insurance.
Please inform us if you have an emergency and sed us the medical certificate.
In case of war, strike or transporter difficulties that prevent the finality of this contract we could report your compensation contract.
If the cancellations are for reasons not justified the following costs will be applied:
43 day before the arrival day........... 30% of the total amount
42-14 days before arrival day......... 75% of the total amount
14-0 days before arrival day ......... 100% of the total amount
Non Show .................................... 100 % of the total amount.
We recommend extending your particular insurance with a travel protection insurance.
14.- WATER AND ELECTICITY PROBLEMS
The rental agency is not responsible of the electricity power interruption and outage of the water caused by another or any other circumstances.
15.- STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Garden furniture (table and chairs), sunbeds, iron, coffee machine and toaster.
Although it is possible that the Satellite TV won't have programs in your language.
We can not change the issuer.
16-TENANT RESPONSABILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS
Tenants have to look after the property. During the letting period there must not live more people than the ones that are allowed ,including children. Tenants will have to fulfill the intructions to use the facilities and services of the property.
Tenants or guests do not disturb the neighbours.
Tenants will prevent damages in the property especially with fire, storms and similars
Noises are prohibited at the property after 24.00 hours. Dangerous substances are prohibited in the property.
Damages like broken glasses or plates will be discount for the deposit.
