Description
Beautiful villa in Denia just 150m from the sea. The 600 m2 plot is completely fenced. The garden has a wide variety of plants, palm trees, and lawn. The pool is 7x4 m with a Roman staircase, with a maximum depth of 1.80m and a minimum depth of 1m, and an outdoor shower. Access to the house is through a covered terrace with garden furniture.
Once inside, we find the dining room with a ceiling fan, satellite TV with a flat screen. For the winter months, the house has central gas heating and a fireplace to warm the house. Next to the living room is the fully renovated and equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, etc.
The house has a master bedroom with two 90cm beds joined together and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub where the washing machine is located. The second bedroom has two individual 90cm beds joined together. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. In front of the room, there is another bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have mosquito nets.
On the outside, a spiral staircase leads us to an upper terrace with incredible views.
The parking is inside the plot.
The distance to the beach is 450m. There are also bars, restaurants, and supermarkets in the surrounding area. The distance to Denia is 8 Km.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

La limpieza de la casa es de 10, todo muy limpio.
La casa está equipada al completo.
Las habitaciones, los baños y la cocina son amplios.

Gefallen hat mir die Ruhe und doch sehr nahe an Denia
DasHaus hat einen sehr schönen Pool und einen schönen Garten zum ausruhen. Das Meer ist nur ein Paar schritte vom Haus entfernt.

Verbessern kann man immer etwas aber für denn Urlaub im Spätjahr sollte man bessere Betten und auch eine Sofa wo man gut sitzen kann
