Nice holiday complex with a 12mx4m community pool, just 150m from the beach and 2km from the city center. Supermarket, bars, and restaurants 100m away.
The townhouse has two floors. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with TV/SAT, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace that overlooks the pool. The independent kitchen is newly renovated and consists of 4 burners, refrigerator with freezer, oven, toaster and a filter coffee machine.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, one double with two mattresses and the second with two single beds, both rooms with air conditioning. On the same floor is a bathroom with a shower and the washing machine and a terrace overlooking the garden area.
The pool area has grass, palm trees, and other variety of plants.
Private parking for a vehicle in front of the house.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Sie hat sich sofort gekümmert, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert hat. Besonders schön ist die überdachte Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum großzüsee more

Die Wohnung ist gut, wenn das Wetter gut ist - andernfalls ist sie im Erdgeschoss zu dunkel. Und sie ist zu hellhörig, wenn - wie in unserem Fall - die Nachbarwohnung unter Einsatz von Bohrhämmern komplett renoviert wird.
