Description
Large and beautiful modern-style property on fenced land of 4,000m2 in a quiet location located in the Montgó Natural Park. Large wooded garden with a variety of plants, palm trees, and grass. Covered barbecue with the possibility of cooking. 14x5m pool with Roman staircase and trampoline. From the entrance of the house, there is access on one side to the upper floor, where we find a double bedroom (bed 1.50) with sea views and a bathroom with shower. A living room with TV/SAT and fireplace with access to the back garden.
On the other hand, there is access to a small living room with a sofa and two double bedrooms (one with a bed of 150 and the other two of 90) with a bathroom each.
Large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, combined microwave, two-door refrigerator and ironing room with washing machine and access to the garden and barbecue, as well as a corridor leading to the living room with stereo and the other access to the upper floor.
Garage for one car and parking inside the plot at the entrance. Distance to Denia and the sea 10km, supermarkets, bars/restaurants 3km away. A car is needed.
The consumption of heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. Long-stay rates do not include electricity or heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) or sheets or towels. The price of the services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Haus, Pool, Garten und die Lage sind tip top. Allerdings ist das Hausinnere leicht in die Jahre gekommen, was unsere Urlaubsfreude aber in keiner Weise getrübt hat.

el internet lamentablemente al estar en el campo es lo máximo que llega.
