It has wifi, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private swimming pool and private garden and covered parking in the same accommodation.
From the spacious living/dining room, you can access the pool area, which is very pleasant surrounded by grass and other plants. In addition to barbecue.
The independent kitchen has everything necessary to make your stay perfect. Vitroceramic hob, fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.

The villa was exactly like the pictures show. It was very clean and the kitchen and bedroom equipment was high quality. The service from Carlosferien was outstanding. There was a problem with the washing machine and Carlosferien arranged repair next see more

The location is nice and quiet. We had a top stay at Els Poblets. |

Wir durften für zwei Wochen das Ferienhaus DB Denia in Els Poblets geniessen.
Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Carlos Ferien in Denia war dank Online-Check-in in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Auch die Schlüsselabgabe war unkompliziert. Wir konnten den Schlüssel einfach in den Briefkasten werfen. Beim Bezug des Hauses wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war sehr sauber, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Utensilien von sehr guter Qualität. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer waren sehr bequem und die Matratzen nicht durchgelegen. Dank Klimaanlage waren auch die Temperaturen in der Nacht sehr angenehm. Leider hatte es sehr viele Moskitos im Haus. Wir kauften noch am gleichen Tag ein Moskitonetz im China Shop. So hatten wir eine ruhige Nacht. Dank Mückenstecker und konsequent geschlossen Türen waren die Moskitos in drei Tagen verschwunden. Der Aussenpool war traumhaft und bei einer Wassertemperatur von 28 Grad herrlich um sich alle paar Minuten abzukühlen. Wir konnten uns in den zwei Wochen super erholen. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder mieten. Besten Dank |

In der Küche könnten noch Sonnen Rollos montiert werden. Am späteren Nachmittag wird es durch die Sonneneinstrahlung ungemütlich warm. Ansonsten ist alles perfekt.

Tres belle villa avec piscine et très bien équipée. Emplacement parfait,pas trop loin de la mer.Plage de galets ou de sable à proximité.Endroit calme. Par contre,attention aux moustiques. Prévoir spray anti moustique.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr stil- und geschmacksvoll.
Die gesamte Elektrik hat funktioniert, es gab ausreichend Steckdosen an den gewünschten Stellen.

Pool- und Gartenservice waren während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut und unauffällig. Die Reinigung und Desinfektion des Hauses wegen Corona waren sehr gut umgesetzt. |
