Description
Well-maintained house in a residential area, with a fenced plot of 600 m2 and its own swimming pool measuring 8x4m with Roman stairs, a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum depth of 1.3m, and an outdoor shower. The garden is well-maintained with oleanders and citrus trees. There is a covered parking space on the property for one vehicle. Next to the pool, there is a barbecue area to enjoy at any time.
The housing has a glazed and furnished terrace with access to the pool through which we enter the interior of the house where we find the living-dining room with air conditioning, TV/SAT, wifi and fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee machine, water kettle, dishwasher and microwave.
Walking down the hallway, we find three bedrooms, one double room with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a third bedroom with a double bed that has an en-suite bathroom. All three rooms have air conditioning.
In the same hallway, there is a bathroom with a bathtub where the washing machine is also located.
Distance to the stone beach 600m, to the sandy beach 2km, to the center of Denia 9km, shopping and restaurant options in the surrounding area. Car recommended.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

- Der Service von Carlos Ferien: Wir sind alle Dokumente abholen gegangen und wurden direkt zum Haus gebracht, ohne dass wir es suchen mussten.
- Es war alles super unkompliziert und hat ohne Probleme geklappt.
