With capacity for 6 people, this studio offers a comfortable and functional space for unforgettable holidays. Only the bottom part of the house is rented, the top part is private to the owner but whenever the house is rented the upper part will be uninhabited.
The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with double beds, ideal for resting after a day of adventures. It has 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a toilet outside next to the pool, facilitating coexistence among guests.
The American kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. You will find all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals.
The living room has air conditioning and a practical heat pump to maintain a perfect temperature throughout the year. In addition, it has a television for entertainment moments.
Outside, you will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The garden is fully fenced, offering privacy and security.
The accommodation includes outdoor private parking with capacity for 6 vehicles, which facilitates parking during your stay.
Important to keep in mind that pets are not allowed and there are restrictions for groups of young people. Smoking is permitted inside the apartment.
