Description
This cozy villa located in the upper area of Denia has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
The 130 m² accommodation is located on the ground floor of the villa and offers views of the mountain and the garden. (The upper floor is private). The plot is fully fenced and has central heating and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms.
Upon entering the plot, we find the parking area, which can comfortably accommodate at least 4 vehicles. We can also already observe a wide variety of vegetation, trees, palm trees, grass, etc., all very well-maintained and beautiful.
The large swimming pool is located in the rear area of the villa, next to it is the barbecue and an eating area where summer days can be fully enjoyed.
Upon entering the dwelling, we find an entrance area, next to which is the bathroom, equipped with a shower and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Next to it is the first room, which is double and very spacious.
If we move forward, we find the kitchen, which is open to the living room with an American bar, which is very comfortable to enjoy the home. It has an electric ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, and toaster. In the living room, we find the TV/satellite and beautiful views of the pool. To the right hand side is the dining room, with a rustic style, as it is a cozy winery.
Next to it are the rooms, both double and with air conditioning.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Nous avons apprecié la localisation de la maison. En effet, il n'y a aucun vis à vis et cela nous a permis d'avoir une certaine intimité. Le voisinage est agréable . Nous avons très apprecié le jardin qui est magnifique.
