Description
This impressive villa in the Montgó area has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
From its spacious terraces and beautiful garden, the views of the city and the bay of Denia are unbeatable.
The house has a private pool, as well as a large garden with plants of various types and grass. There is also a "treehouse", ideal for children to play and enjoy unforgettable vacations.
Upon entering, we find ourselves in the living room/dining room and open-concept kitchen. The house has WiFi, TV, air conditioning, and all kinds of amenities to enjoy a pleasant vacation.
The American kitchen has: induction, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils/cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer.
On this same floor, we find one of the en suite rooms, which has two 90cm beds placed together, forming a 180cm bed.
Going up the stairs, there is another en suite room (also with two 90cm beds together), in addition there is a spacious dressing area and a large terrace from which spectacular views are enjoyed.
Right at the entrance of the dwelling, there are stairs that will take us to the ground floor, where the laundry room is located, as well as the individual bedroom. It has two 90cm beds, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
