Holiday home next to the mountain with a stunning panoramic view of Dénia and the sea, bordering the El Montgó natural park. The house is accessed through an entrance in a dead-end alley or through the car access on the other side. The house itself is located a few steps up. The outdoor area consists of palm trees and a variety of plants, and two terraces, one of them covered. The pool is kidney-shaped, with a Roman staircase and an outdoor shower. The house is distributed in a living-dining room with TV/SAT and air conditioning (cold), a kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and two fridges, one of them with a freezer. From the living room, you reach through 5 steps to a hallway that leads to the following rooms: a bathroom, a bedroom with a French bed, a bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom, a third double bedroom with a bathroom with jacuzzi, and an exit to the covered terrace next to the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning (see price list). From the living room, you also access the back part where the patio with barbecue and garden furniture is located. And in the lower part of the house, which is accessed through an exterior staircase, there is a studio with a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom.
Distance to the sea 4km, to Denia 3km, bars/restaurants 2.5km. A car is needed. Pets subject to prior consultation.
According to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1st to October 15th.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
