Description
Beautiful luxurious villa in the mountain with fully fenced land and 850m2 with a Mediterranean garden. The private kidney-shaped pool is 8m x 4m with a spacious terrace and a stone barbecue perfect for cooking.
The housing offers a living-dining room with panoramic views of the pool and terrace with satellite TV and air conditioning and a corner with a large sofa to rest in front of the fireplace.
The American kitchen is at the entrance of the house and contains all the amenities such as a gas stove, oven, American refrigerator, microwave, and a bar with 4 stools.
The chalet consists of 1 double room with air conditioning with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, a second room with a 1.80cm bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. And lastly, a third double room with air conditioning next to a bathroom with shower in the hallway.
The fourth room is located in the attic where it also has air conditioning.
In the basement we found the washing machine and the dryer.
The house has central heating for the coldest months.
There is a covered parking area with capacity for one car, although more vehicles could be parked in front of the house due to it being a quiet street with no traffic.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Necessary vehicle.
The beach is located 4.5km away, the city center 4km, the nearest supermarkets just 3.5km, and dining options 2.4 km away.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
