Description
Beautiful luxury villa at the mountain completely fenced with Mediterranean garden. The private liver pool has 8m x 4m with a spacious terrace and a stone barbecue perfect to cook the dinner.
The house offers a big living room with panorama views to the pool and terrace and has Sat-TV and air conditioner. One of the living room corners has a big coach to relax in front of the chimney.
The American kitchen is next to the main entrance and has all the amenities you’ll need like oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher machine and a bar counter with 4 stools.
The villa has one double bedroom with suite bathroom with shower and bath, a second one bedroom with suite bathroom with shower and air conditioner and the last double bedroom also with air conditioner next to a bathroom with shower in the corridor.
The house has an attic bedroom with a double bed and air conditioner.
At the basement we will find the wash machine and the dryer.
The central heating is available in winter.
Exist a covered parking inside the house although at the street is space enough to park vehicles because is a very quiet street without traffic.
It is not allowed to smoke inside the house.
Vehicle is necessary.
The closest beach is just 4.5 km from the house, the down town 4km, supermarkets 3.5 km and restaurants 2.4 km.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
