This charming villa is located next to the El Montgó nature reserve and has spectacular views of the mountain.
The area is quiet and peaceful. The terrace overlooking the living room has beautiful views of the mountain and the sea. The house is comfortable and cozy.
A small entrance leads to the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The large sliding windows have views of the pool and the mountain. The doors open to the terrace where you can enjoy an outdoor dinner. From the terrace, stairs lead to the 8x4m pool and the barbecue area with a gas barbecue. The 3 double bedrooms have air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. Two rooms have 2 single beds each, which can be joined if necessary. The third room has a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms, both with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. There is a washing machine and clothesline. The 800m2 plot is fully fenced. Parking on the property plot for a small car (Max 4m). You can also park on the street just in front of the property as it is a low-traffic street. One of the entry points to the natural park trails is 8 minutes (less than 1km) walk from the house. Distance to the sea 4 km, to the city 3 km, bars/restaurants 2 km. A car is recommended. Pets are allowed upon request.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
