This charming villa is located next to the El Montgó nature reserve and has spectacular views of the mountain.
The area is quiet and peaceful. The terrace overlooking the living room has beautiful views of the mountain and the sea. The house is comfortable and cozy.
A small entrance leads to the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The large sliding windows have views of the pool and the mountain. The doors open to the terrace where you can enjoy an outdoor dinner. From the terrace, stairs lead to the 8x4m pool and the barbecue area with a gas barbecue. The 2 double bedrooms have air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. Both rooms have 2 single beds each, which can be joined if necessary. There are 2 bathrooms, both with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. There is a washing machine and clothesline. The 800m2 plot is fully fenced. Parking inside the plot for a small car. You can also park on the street just in front of the property without any problem as it is a very low-traffic street. One of the entry points to the natural park trails is 8 minutes (less than 1km) on foot from the house. Distance to the sea 4 km, to the city 3 km, bars/restaurants 2 km. A car is recommended. Pets are allowed upon request.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Sehr ruhig und man ist für sich das Grundstücks ist für Fermde kaum einsehbar. Alles in allem ideal für eine schönen und Ruhigen Urlaub. Und Carlosferien würde ich immer wieder weiter empfehlen sehr Freundlich und usee more

Marquesa liegt abseits des Trubels und ist nur mit einem Auto zu erreichen. Marquesa ist unsere Wahl!

En limpieza he puesto correcto por que a la hora de coger platos para comer me encontré que había varios que tenían resto de comida , entiendo que no tienen que revisar plato por plato a ver si están bien limpios, pero ya que preguntan....

Gracias por sus valoraciones y sentimos mucho esta discrepancia, si lo hubieramos sabido al mismo momento no dude que hubiéramos enviado al equipo de limpieza para repasar estas cosas, ya que normalmente sí que deben repasar todo a la perfección!
