ATTENTION! INFORMATION TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT BEFORE BOOKING: WORK IS ABOUT TO BEGIN ON A HOUSING DEVELOPMENT NEXT TO THE HOUSE, WITH NO PLANNED START DATE. THIS MAY CAUSE INCONVENIENCE DURING YOUR STAY. UPDATE 31.07.23 HAVE STARTED THE WORKS OF SUCH URBANIZATION.
Nice house at the beach line, 2km from the city center (downtown). The house is situated on a gated plot of 790m2 with a 4x8m swimming pool and Roman steps, outdoor shower and a small children's pool.
The house comprises over two floors, downstairs is the living room which has TV / SAT and DTT-freeview and has an access to the covered terrace, that has garden furniture and barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a storage room with washing machine.
Via the interior staircase you reach the top floor which has 3 double bedrooms with single beds, two of the mentioned bedrooms with pool and sea views. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and another one with just a toilet and an exit to a sun terrace with views to the mountains of Denia. The house is equipped with air conditioning hot / cold (see price list).
The owner would be very grateful, if you don’t smoke indoors.
A parking place is on the plot. Pets are not allowed.
THE ELECTRICITY BILL OF THIS HOUSE IS PAID SEPARATLY, AS IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE FINAL PRICE. ITS PRICE IS 0.45 € PER KILOWATT.

Abgesehen davon, dass es nur eine Filterkaffee-Maschine gab (aber auch dafür gab es eine Lösung), ist es ein hervorragendes Haus, auch die Ausstattung ist super. Negativ sind nur die zusätzlichen sehr hohen Stromkosten. ... aber ich möchte nicht zusee more
