The property is located in a very bright and beautiful setting, surrounded by nature, with panoramic views of the sea, the mountain and the garden.

The villa has 2 bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed. It also has 2 bathrooms: one complete with a bathtub and another independent toilet, offering comfort and privacy for a stay of up to 4 people.
Fully equipped open-plan kitchen
The American-style kitchen with ceramic hob is perfectly equipped for comfortably preparing any meal during your stay. It has a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, as well as complete crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

The property has air conditioning throughout and heating via heat pump, to enjoy a pleasant temperature at any time of year. It also has WiFi connection and Smart TV for entertainment.

One of the great attractions of the villa is its pleasant outdoor areas. The villa is only 3.7 km from Marineta Casiana beach, 1.2 km from Las Rotas and 4.9 km from Dénia town centre. It is also close to restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. Perfect for exploring the Costa Blanca and enjoying all nearby attractions such as El Montgo Natural Park.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor are wifi, bed sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
