Description
Just 500 meters from the beach, this beautiful villa is located with a private 8x4m pool with Roman stairs, lawn area, and covered parking. It features 500m2 of fully fenced land.
The house features a covered terrace next to the pool with direct access to the interior of the home. Once inside, we find the spacious living-dining room with satellite TV. Next to the living room is the kitchen with an American bar, fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine.

I think that the mattress in the bedroom on the first floor is already old and should be replaced. Also it will be more comfortable with a shower curtain in the bathroom on the first floor.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gepflegten, gewachsenen gepflegen Wohngegend. Die Lage ist ein wenig außerhalb von Denia mit seiner Geschäftigkeit und dennoch sehr zentral durch am Ort liegende Supermärkte und der Urbanisation Las Brisas. Mehrere gute Rsee more
Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gepflegten, gewachsenen gepflegen Wohngegend. Die Lage ist ein wenig außerhalb von Denia mit seiner Geschäftigkeit und dennoch sehr zentral durch am Ort liegende Supermärkte und der Urbanisation Las Brisas. Mehrere gute Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Diese laden zu einem Abendspaziergang nach dem Essen ein.
Die Mitarbeitenden im Verwaltungsbüro von carlosferien sind immer ansprechbar während der Öffnungszeiten. Freundlich im Umgang und sehr hilfsbereit. Störungen im Mietobjekt werden sofort behoben. |

Wie immer, alles war gut vorbereitet und wir konnten den Schlüssel früher übernehmen. Welch eine Überraschung: Die Küche ist mit neuen, modernen Geräten ausgestatet. Dieses war unser 4. Aufenthalt, bestimmt nicht der Letzte.

La atención de la agencia fue maravillosa. Muy simpáticos, correctos, amables y siempre a nuestra disposición.
Estuvieron dos veces limpiando la piscina en la semana que estuvimos.

Estuvieron dos veces limpiando la piscina en la semana que estuvimos. La villa preciosa, con su jardín con grandes palmeras, su piscina, cómodas hamacas y su mesa de porche. La habitación del piso superior con sus dos ventanas además de su gran terraza nos encantó. La cocina, donde había de todo tipo de utensilios necesarios para cocinar, estupenda. El gran baño en el primer piso con los dos lavabos que eran muy útiles. Gran televisión, y el aire acondicionado en la parte de abajo y Wi-Fi. La situación de la casa es magnifica. Un remanso de paz donde vimos como venían a visitarnos los pájaros y se oía el silencio... Muy cerca de la playa y de una zona de bares y tiendas. A 1.5 km de un gran supermercado y muy cerca de un magnifico restaurante italiano. No se puede pedir más, disfrutamos muchísimo nosotros dos y nuestro gran perro. Sólo una pega: teníamos que haber ido una semana más. Estoy segura de que repetiremos. |
