Description
This beautiful Villa with garden and private pool is located in the La Florida area (Denia) and has a capacity for 4 people with 1200m2 of open plot on mountainous terrain. The property consists of 120 m², distributed in two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living-dining room and an open kitchen. It is worth noting that all rooms are equipped with hot and cold heat pump, which makes it an ideal accommodation for your holidays both in summer and winter. Additionally, it also has WIFI.
From the parking area with capacity for 2 vehicles, we descend through some stairs to the main floor of the house.
Once inside the house, we find the spacious living-dining room with Spanish and German TV, air conditioning, and from its windows we can enjoy one of the best parts of this property, its sea views. The American kitchen is equipped with everything necessary such as a Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, water boiler, all necessary kitchenware, juicer, gas stove, oven, etc.
Next to the dining room, we find the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, two nightstands and two small lamps, as well as a built-in closet where you can store your belongings. The second bedroom consists of two single beds, a dresser with a mirror and a built-in closet as well. Both bedrooms have air conditioning for cold and hot temperatures.
The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms, it is spacious and comfortable. It has a shower and basic sanitary facilities.
The garden is distributed at different heights. Upon exiting the living-dining room, we find a furnished terrace with outdoor armchairs and a low table, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area and the spectacular views of the sea and the mountain. If we go down the stairs, we can enjoy the kidney-shaped pool (8x4m), also furnished with sun loungers. The perfect place to enjoy your vacation.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
