Description
The villa in Denia has 2 bedrooms and its capacity is for 6 people (max. 4 adults).
This beautiful accommodation of 190 m² is rented as a whole but is distributed into two fully equipped and independent dwellings.
The garden is built on several levels, giving it a special charm. In it, we find various types of plants and trees. The pool area has sun loungers and various garden furniture for the use and enjoyment of our clients, likewise, they also enjoy beautiful views of the Montgó.
The first of the houses is located in the high area of the plot. Upon entering, we find a beautiful living/dining room furnished with great taste, as well as a lovely fireplace. The living room has wifi, TV, and air conditioning/heat pump. The independent kitchen is also fully equipped with: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, and water kettle. Crossing a hallway, we will reach the bedroom, which consists of two 90cm beds together, TV, and air conditioning. Next to it is the bathroom with a shower.
To access the second home, we have to go down the stairs outside the house. There we will find a nice studio recently renovated and decorated. The living room/dining room/kitchen are in the same space, which has TV, air conditioning/heat pump and wifi. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob and dishes/cutlery. Next to this area is the bedroom with a double bed and a standing fan. It should be noted that to access the bathroom with shower, you have to go up a few steps.
It is located 4 m from the city of "Denia", 1 km from the restaurant, 2 km from the sandy beach "La Marineta", 2 km from the rocky beach "Las Rotas", 3 km from the supermarket, 5 km from the bus station, 11 km from the Golf course "La Sella Golf Resort", 110 km from the "Alicante" airport, 120 km from the "Valencia" airport and is located in an ideal area for families and in the mountains.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
