Description
The villa in Denia has 2 bedrooms and its capacity is for 6 people (max. 4 adults).
This beautiful accommodation of 190 m² is rented as a whole but is distributed in two fully equipped and independent dwellings.
The garden is built on several levels, giving it a special charm. In it we find various types of plants and trees. The pool area has sun loungers and various garden furniture for the use and enjoyment of our clients, and likewise, you can also enjoy beautiful views of Montgó.
The first of the dwellings is located in the upper area of the plot. Upon entering it, we find a beautiful living/dining room furnished with great taste, as well as a beautiful fireplace. The living room has wifi, TV and air conditioning/heat pump. The independent kitchen is also fully equipped with: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Going through a hallway we will reach the bedroom, which consists of two 90cm beds together, TV and air conditioning. Next to it is the bathroom with shower.
To access the second dwelling, we have to go down the stairs outside the house. There we will find a beautiful recently renovated and decorated studio. The living/dining/kitchen area is in the same room, where it has TV, air conditioning/heat pump and wifi. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob and crockery/cutlery. Next to this area is the bedroom with a double bed and a pedestal fan. It should be noted that to access the bathroom with shower you have to go up a few steps.
It is located 4 km from the city of "Denia", 1 km from restaurants, 2 km from the sandy beach "La Marineta", 2 km from the rocky beach "Las Rotas", 3 km from the supermarket, 5 km from the bus station, 11 km from "La Sella Golf Resort" golf course, 110 km from "Alicante" airport, 120 km from "Valencia" airport and is located in an ideal area for families and in the mountains.
The cost of heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-term rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
