Private house with fenced land of 350m2, own swimming pool of 8x4m with Roman stairs and outdoor shower.
He has a beautiful garden, with grass, palm trees, cypresses, yuccas, etc.
The house is located at the end of the El Palmar residential complex, in a small gated community consisting of four individual housing units.
The house has two floors and is distributed as follows:
On the lower floor there is an open kitchen with an American bar, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, water kettle, filter coffee maker, large refrigerator with freezer, and washing machine.
The living-dining room with satellite TV has air conditioning and has a direct exit to the covered terrace, garden, and swimming pool.
On the ground floor, we find a double bedroom with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and across from the room, a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, and a bedroom with a double bed and a small terrace. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
The house has a private parking space within the property for one car.
Distance to the sandy beach 600m, bars and restaurants 350m, supermarkets 700m and to the center of Denia 4.5 km.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Afscherming van de tuin is niet in orde. Alle info over het huis en de omgeving ontbrak. De kosten van internet vermelden bij de kosten van de eindreiniging en elektriciteit, dat voorkomt een hoop irritatie!!

Das Haus liegt ruhig am Rand einer schönen Siedlung, da. 400 m vom Strand. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist gut, die Bäder in Ordnung. Der Pool ist schön und ausreichend groß, das Grundstück auch.
