Description
Holiday home near the mountain of Dénia with beautiful panoramic views of the city, the port, and the sea. The garden consists of palm trees, cacti, and various other plants. From the covered parking area, you reach the main entrance of the house through a few steps, with a living-dining room with TV and air conditioning throughout the accommodation. There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning.
The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, and toaster.
The living room has an exit to the glazed and furnished terrace, from which you can enjoy the stunning sea views.
Leaving the house and going down a few steps, we find the pool, located next to a terrace and a barbecue (according to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1st to October 15th).
Distance to Dénia 3.5km, to the beach 3km, bars/restaurants 2km and supermarkets 2.6km away. A car is needed.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Nos la entregaron limpia, la vajilla suficiente, sin problemas, Comentar que no tiene lavavajillas pues la cocina es pequeña (como es una casa de max 4 personas, no es gran problema). Las camas muy cómodas, se duerme bien pq además es un sitio tranquilo. Va una persona a limpiar la piscina.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ruhig gelegen . Es war alles da, was wir brauchten ( z.B. Küchenutensilien). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Beim Pool haben sich leider viele Kacheln gelöst. Der Pool sollte unbedingt repariert werden. Die Schlösser an den Türen des Hauses waren keine Sicherheits-Schlösser. Aus Sicherheitsgründen wären ein Austausch sinnvoll. Die Beleuchtung im Wohnbereichsee more
Beim Pool haben sich leider viele Kacheln gelöst. Der Pool sollte unbedingt repariert werden. Die Schlösser an den Türen des Hauses waren keine Sicherheits-Schlösser. Aus Sicherheitsgründen wären ein Austausch sinnvoll. Die Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich ist etwas kompliziert. Ein Schalter an der Wand für eine Deckenleuchte wäre toll.
