This luxury villa has 3 bedrooms and its capacity is for 4 adults and 1 child.
The accommodation offers impressive views.
It has a beautiful garden full of plants, trees, palm trees, and grass, which is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The barbecue is located next to the pool. The house has outdoor furniture and loungers for guests. In the garden, we can find a lovely sauna, only available during winter months and upon request (inquire about possible costs that its use may entail).
Upon entering the home, we find the large living room/dining room/kitchen. The house has central heating, air conditioning in two of the bedrooms, wifi, mosquito nets in the rooms, and a TV. This area leads to a large terrace from which you can enjoy the best views offered by the villa.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, and water kettle.
The first room consists of a double bed, mosquito net, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace. Next to it is a bathroom with a shower.
The second room also has a double bed, mosquito net, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace. Opposite it is a bathroom with a bathtub.
Right next to it is the small room, which is only available for a child, since instead of a bed it has a sofa bed.
In the front area, the private parking is available for one car.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Fantastic holiday house with a great sea view

The villa is exactly as shown on the pictures. Upon arrival the house was very clean. This was the third time renting a holiday villa with Carllosferien and every time the houses are clean and the service is very good.

The villa is exactly as shown on the pictures. Upon arrival the house was very clean. This was the third time renting a holiday villa with Carllosferien and every time the houses are clean and the service is very good.
The pool is large and very well maintained. The large terrace offers sun and shade at every time of the day. There is enough outdoor furniture available to use every corner of the terrace. The palm trees in the garden provide shade for the sun-lovers. Supermarkets are at walking distance and the Denia port and city center can be reached by car in a few minutes. The area is very quiet. We spent 3 weeks in the villa and enjoyed every minute of it. Looking forward to be in the Denia-area again in the coming years. |

There was very little tourist information available in the house (restaurant addresses, doctors information, etc). As we know the Denia area this was OK for us, but can imagine that for new visitors this might be helpful.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage, im Winter viel Schatten

Das Haus ist in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Lage mit einem tollen Blick in Richtung Mittelmeer. Die Ausstattungen ist prima, es gibt nichts zu meckern. Die Betten waren bequem und die Badezimmer in Ordnung.
Leider ist im Winter ab ca 14:30 Uhr die Sonsee more
Das Haus ist in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Lage mit einem tollen Blick in Richtung Mittelmeer. Die Ausstattungen ist prima, es gibt nichts zu meckern. Die Betten waren bequem und die Badezimmer in Ordnung.
Leider ist im Winter ab ca 14:30 Uhr die Sonne hinter dem Riesenberg Montgó verschwunden. Auch die Straße zum Haus ist sehr schmal und ist gefühlt unendlich. Aber der Ausblick entschädigt wirklich. |

Die Heizung ist mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen und war häufig gestört. Auch die Couch könnte mal erneuert werden. Die Mitarbeiter von Carlosferien waren aber schnell und zuverlässig und haben die Störungen immer ruckzuck beseitigt. Die Energiekossee more

Die Energiekosten (Gas und Strom) waren enorm, was ich wirklich nicht nachvollziehen konnte. Aber Zähler lügen nicht.

Im großen Wohn-/Esszimmer/Küche fehlt bei diesen hohen Außentemperaturen von bis zu 40 Grad eine Klimaanlage, in den zwei Badezimmern fehlen noch die hier wirklich notwendigen Fliegengitter und der vorhandene aber nicht brauchbare Gartengrill könnte see more
