Description
Beautiful house located on a fenced plot of 600m2, just 3km from the beach. The villa has a very well-maintained garden with grass, palm trees, bushes, etc. In the center of the garden is the swimming pool, 8x4m with Roman stairs, a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum of 1.20, outdoor shower, barbecue, and a terrace. The lower floor of the house is for rent, which is accessed through the door facing the pool. The upper part of the house will remain closed, as well as the garage.
The housing is distributed as follows: from the entrance, you reach a spacious living-dining room, which serves as the distributor of the housing (it has TV-SAT). Next, we find the modern kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, water boiler, and refrigerator with small freezer. Finally, we find the bedrooms, both with double beds, built-in wardrobes, and mosquito nets.
There is parking space for the vehicle on the same street, the garage is not usable. The distance to the city is 1.3km, to supermarkets 700m, to bars/restaurants 2km. Having a car is recommended. Pets are not allowed.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
