Description
Nice semi-detached chalet for 6 people very close to the beach in Denia.
The urbanization where it is located has a large grassy area with large trees and a large swimming pool, where they can enjoy fantastic days with their family.
Upon entering, you will find the first of the rooms, composed of two 90 cm beds ideal for the youngest. Next to it are the bathroom on the lower floor and the kitchen. The latter is fully equipped with a toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, etc.
We finished with the ground floor with the dining room, recently decorated. In it we find the SMART TV with a flat screen and the fireplace, ideal for the winter months. Next to it there is a small covered terrace through which access to the garden is gained.
Going up the stairs to the upper floor, we can see two rooms, both with 150 cm beds, and a bathroom. From one of the rooms, you can access a terrace with beautiful views of the garden. All three rooms have air conditioning.
The townhouse is located about 300 meters from the sandy beach La Marineta and just a walk away from the La Marina area in Denia, where you can find restaurants, cafes, and beautiful areas to stroll.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
