Description
This modern townhouse of new construction (August 2022), has two bedrooms and its capacity is for four people.
The accommodation is distributed in 70 m² and has excellent views of the mountains and the garden.
The urbanization in which it is located is very beautiful and well-kept, it is also small, so it is very quiet. It has two swimming pools, one large and one for children, which is perfect if you are traveling with children.
On the private terrace in front of the house, you can rest easy and enjoy a wonderful dinner cooked on your fantastic barbecue. In the house there is available for your use to enjoy garden furniture, which will make you feel at home.
In the accommodation there is Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning / heat pump throughout the accommodation and private outdoor parking. Upon entering there is the living / dining room, spacious and bright, in the background you can see the kitchen with an American bar, since the house has an open and modern concept. The latter is fully equipped, it has: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
To the right is the corridor that leads to the rooms, the first one has two 90cm beds and the second one is en-suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Next to them is the second bathroom with a shower as well.
In the kitchen there is a door that leads to the backyard, where the washer and dryer are located, as well as a small seating area. Going up the external stairs we reach the terrace, from which you can enjoy beautiful views and a fantastic sunset.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
