The accommodation is close to the village and the beach: it is 800 m from a small shopping centre with bakery, Aldi supermarket and a drugstore.
The old town of Denia is 2 km away and the wonderful and endless beach of Las Marinas is 1 km away.
Residencial la Marjal is part of a small gated holiday complex and is ideal for families.

From the very quiet access road with public parking spaces for residents, a gate leads to the complex. Behind a hedge is the entrance, which leads to a covered entrance hall. Next to it is a small storage room with washing machine and space for beach utensils.

The open plan kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. From here there is a guest toilet.
Next to the kitchen there is a dining area for 4 people and next to it is the open plan living room with TV in several languages and internet access (wifi).
Here is also the exit to the garden with the terrace to the pool and the garden square.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with new high quality beds. One bedroom with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. One bedroom has a small balcony with sitting area and views to the pool. The bathroom with barrier-free access to the open shower is next to the bedrooms.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
