Description
Small townhouse with community pool just 650 meters from the beach. The pool has a children's area and outside shower. The long lawned garden is made up of cypresses and palm trees.
The townhouse has two floors although only the ground floor is available for rent. During the month of July the first floor will be occupied by the owner who will have access through the pool terrace but will not share any common space with the tenant.
Through the two terraces that the house has, you can access the interior of it. The American-style kitchen is made up of a hob with 4 hotplates, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer.
The cozy living / dining room has a TV and access to the terrace to reach the pool and the upper house.
The house has two double rooms each with single beds and a bathroom with a shower / bathtub where the washing machine is also located.
In the living room it has air conditioning that reaches the rooms by their placement.
Public parking is available on the street in front of the house.
To the city center 3km, bars and restaurants we can find 450m as well as supermarkets.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
