This beautiful apartment on the see, has 2 bedrooms, a garage for one vehicle and has a capacity for 4 people.
It is located on Almadrava beach, in Els Poblets, about 10 km from the city of Denia. The urbanization in which it is located is fully equipped, has a gym, playground, a large expanse of lawn, swimming pool for adults and children and direct access to the sea. The beach in front of the apartment is made of pebbles, but only 200 meters away is the sandy beach.
Upon entering the accommodation we find the kitchen on the right hand, it is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Next to it we can see a bathroom with a shower.
The spacious living/dining room offers us spectacular views of the sea, it has a TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning as well as heat pump heating throughout the accommodation. From it we can access the furnished terrace from which you can have lunch and dinner with unbeatable views.
The master bedroom with a 1.35cm bed is en suite and also has these enviable views. The bathroom inside the double room is with a bathtub.
The secondary room has two 90cm beds. as well as built-in wardrobe.
At 400m there are supermarkets and the distance to Denia is 10km and 1.6km to Els Poblets.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
