Apartment located in the Marinas area, just a few meters from the beach. The urbanization is prepared to enjoy the sun and the swimming pool with a garden area and lawn, ideal for children. The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator. Terrace with views of the pool. Living room with satellite TV and air conditioning (see price list). Two bedrooms with single beds. Two full bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Private and covered parking within the urbanization. Distance to the beach 200m, bars and restaurants 100m, supermarkets 1km, center of Denia 3.5km. Pets are not allowed.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

Solo recordarle que no es la luz lo que se paga, si no la utilización del aire acondicionado, aún así, sentimos mucho que le haya parecido excesivo pagar 3 € en sus 14 días de estancia. De todas formas, recusee more

De todas formas, recuerde que le hicimos un descuento de 60 € en su estancia, además de ofrecerle la ropa de cama y toallas gratis, valorado en 60 € más.
