The holiday flat in Denia for rent consists of 60 m2 with a double bedroom with 1.5mx2m bed, double sofa bed and a recently upgraded bathroom consisting of a double shower with seat for seniors and children.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building with lift.
It offers hot/cold central air conditioning. It has a large covered terrace with sun loungers and bamboo furniture with spectacular views to the sea and the communal pool. The garden offers a chill out area, children's play area, two communal swimming pools (1 of them for children), outdoor showers, outdoor jacuzzi and garden with lawn, palm trees and centenary olive trees.
This flat is ideal for a couple with or without children who want to spend their holidays on the beach front. There are several restaurants and chiringuitos next to the urbanisation, at a maximum of 1 km. The nearest supermarket is only 3 minutes away by car. The urbanisation is fully gated and has an underground parking space within the complex. The accommodation is fully equipped and furnished. The bus stop to Denia is in front of the urbanisation.

En lo referente al toldo, lamento decirle que las normas estéticas de la comunidad son muy estrictas a este respecto, por lo que la instalación de un toldo se dificulta muchísimo.
Por todo lo demás esperamos que disfrutarán de unas maravillosas vacaciones, será un placer tenerles de nuevo con nosotros en su próxima visita a Denia. |
