This charming flat is located in the area of Las Marinas, it has two bedrooms and its capacity is for 4 people.
It is situated on the ground floor of a nice urbanization with a large garden with lawn, palm trees and various trees, as well as a large swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children.
The property has TV and air conditioning /heat pump. On entering we are surprised by its bright living/dining room with open plan kitchen, all very cosy to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with: induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Next to it are the bedrooms, the first one with a double bed (150cm) and the second one with two single beds (90cm). The bathroom with shower is next to the bedroom.
Electricity and gas are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per kW used and the cost of gas are paid according to the general conditions.
