Description
This beautiful 50 m² apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate four people (maximum 3 adults).
It is located in the Las Marinas area, very close to the urban center of Denia.
Upon entering, we find the spacious living room/dining room/kitchen, all furnished with great taste. The accommodation has wifi, TV, and air conditioning/heat pump in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay pleasant, it has: ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster.
In the first room, we find a 1.35cm bed. The second room has a double bed, and next to it is the bathroom with a shower.
From the living room, going up the spiral staircase, there is the terrace, which has a hatch with hydraulic suspensions to open it. This fantastic terrace has a barbecue, outdoor furniture, and loungers, where you can enjoy the sunny summer days.
The urbanization where it is located has outdoor parking, mini-golf, children's park, walking areas, and a community pool for both adults and children. The pool will be open for swimming from 06.15 to 09.15.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Man kann dort sehr gut leben. Die Räumlichkeiten sind groß genug für 2 Personen. Auch wenn das Wetter weniger gut ist, kann man es sehr gut aushalten! Die Küche mit der Theke ist super um selbst kochen zu können und das Bad und vor allem die Dusche isee more

Die Küche mit der Theke ist super um selbst kochen zu können und das Bad und vor allem die Dusche ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Am besten ist die Terasse oben auf dem Dach! Man hat alles was man braucht dort.
