Description
Beautiful penthouse in a well-maintained residential complex with a community pool just steps away from the beach. The Penthouse is located on the third floor, with an elevator. It consists of a living-dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning, and an exit to a furnished terrace with exceptional views of the pool and the sea.
Next to the living room is the independent kitchen equipped with an electric ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer, it has an exit to the rear terrace with views of the Montgó and where the washing machine is located.
Following the hallway, we find a double bedroom with access to the terrace, air conditioning, and its own bathroom, and another double bedroom also with air conditioning. Across from it is the second bathroom with a shower.
The complex is fenced and has extensive lawn areas, palm trees and a variety of plants, a large pool and a small one for children, and outdoor showers. Animals are not allowed.
There is a parking space available in the complex.
Distance to the sea 200m, purchase possibilities 1.5km, restaurants 200m and to Dénia center 3.5km.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
