This beautiful flat situated on the beach of Las Marinas has 2 bedrooms and its capacity is for 4 people.
It is located in an urbanisation only 100 m from the sandy beach. In the community there are large lawns, an impressive swimming pool for adults and another one for children, basketball/football court and paddle court.
The accommodation is on the first floor, has wifi (limited), air conditioning throughout, electric heating and all kinds of amenities to make your stay a dream.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
There is also a washing machine.
From the nice balcony you can see the sea, very close to the urbanisation. In which we find all type of furniture to be able of the same one.
The main bedroom is spacious and very luminous and has a bathroom with a bathtub inside. In the children's room there are two 90cm beds.
Next to it is the second bathroom with shower.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the conditions of the agency.
