This cosy flat is located in the area of the town centre, it has two bedrooms and its capacity is for 4 people.
It is situated on the ground floor of a nice urbanization with a large garden with lawn, palm trees and various trees, a playground, a ping pong area, as well as a large swimming pool for adults, a smaller one for children and a jacuzzi.
The property has TV, Wifi and air conditioning /heat pump throughout the accommodation. On entering we are surprised by its bright living / dining room with kitchenette, all very cozy to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with: induction hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster. From the living room we can access the private terrace, which is furnished with tables, chairs and outdoor sofas.
Next to the entrance is the first bedroom, which has a double bed (150cm) and TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, the lower one of 90cm and the upper one of 1.05m. The bathroom with shower is next to the second bedroom.
Electricity and gas are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per kW used and the cost of gas are paid according to the general conditions.
