The house offers two double rooms with double beds. The bathroom with shower is located in the corridor on the way to the rooms. The living room with satellite TV and direct access to the garden and pool. The small kitchen has a ceramic hob, a small oven-grill, toaster, coffee machine and a small fridge. The apartment also offers a washing machine.
The small porch leads out to the pool and the beautiful garden with a wide variety of plants. Parking within the complex. Distance to the beach 1.2 Km. Denia Center 2.5 Km. Bars and restaurants close to the neighborhood and supermarket less than 1 km away.
The consumption of heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. Long-stay rates do not include electricity or heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) or sheets or towels. The price of the services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique, le calme de la résidence. Malgré quelques moments de " privatisation " de l espace commun piscine par des familles très nombreuses habituées des lieux. Très bon séjour malgré tout.
