Description
Nice studio located in a small residential complex with a community pool, children's area, garden with grass, palm trees, and a variety of plants. The studio is on the ground floor.
In the glass-enclosed entrance of the house, there is a small terrace where the washing machine and a small sofa bed are located.
Once inside, we found an open kitchen equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, water boiler, drip coffee machine, American bar, and large combined refrigerator. Then comes the living room-bedroom with TV and a corner with a table and 4 chairs. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower.
From the living-bedroom, with two 90 cm beds, you reach the covered terrace, with shade, table and chairs, which is located next to the community pool.
In the summer of 2021, a new air conditioning unit was installed.
The distance to Denia is 1.7 km, to the beach 1 km, and bars, restaurants, and shopping options are 0.9 km away.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
