The duplex penthouse in Denia has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.
It has 120 m and is located in the area of Las Marinas, very close to Denia and only 160m from the sandy beach. There is also a bus stop perfect to go to the city without taking the car.
The urbanization in which it is located has a lawn area and trees, as well as a large communal swimming pool and a small one.
The property has wifi, air conditioning hot/cold throughout, TV and garage. Please note that this is a first floor flat without lift, there is no lift in this block. On entering the penthouse we find ourselves next to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
Next to it is the first of the bedrooms, with two 90cm beds and air conditioning. On the right hand side there is a complete bathroom with shower.
The spacious living/dining room is tastefully furnished and very modern with air conditioning. This opens onto a large terrace furnished with chairs, tables and two reclining chairs, so that our guests can enjoy the outdoors on pleasant summer days, it also has awnings for the sunniest hours.
Going up the stairs we find ourselves on the first floor, where we can find a large bedroom with two 90cm beds and air conditioning, a complete bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a 1.50m bed with air conditioning with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
From the corridor and from the main bedroom there is access to the large second terrace of this accommodation, where you can find a nice outdoor sofa, hammocks, a lawn area and a jacuzzi.PLEASE NOTE: the jacuzzi is available all year round, if you want to use it, you must ask for it when you make your booking so that it can be cleaned and adapted for your use. If you want to use the jacuzzi, the electricity used during your stay (from October to April) will be paid according to consumption plus an extra 50€ for cleaning the jacuzzi. From May to September you will pay this fixed 50€ and will have 200kw/week of electricity included, the surplus will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September in case the Jacuzzi is not used.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
