Description
This beautiful Villa with garden and private pool, is located in La Florida area (Denia) with 1200m2 of open plot in mountainous terrain. The house consists of 120 m², distributed in two rooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. It should be noted that all rooms are equipped with a hot and cold heat pump, making it an ideal accommodation for your summer and winter vacations. In addition it also has WIFI.
From the parking area with capacity for 4 vehicles we descend through stairs to the main floor of the house.
Once inside the house we find the spacious living room with Spanish and German TV, air conditioning and from its windows we can enjoy one of the best parts of this house, its sea views . The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need such as a gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, all necessary utensils, juicer, gas stove, oven, etc.
Next to the dining room we find the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The main room has a double bed, two bedside tables and two lamps, as well as a built-in wardrobe where you can store your belongings. The second bedroom is made up of two single beds, a dresser with a mirror and a built-in wardrobe as well. Both rooms with hot / cold air conditioning.
The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms, it is spacious and comfortable. It has a shower and toilet.
The garden is distributed in different heights. When going outside the living room, we find a terrace furnished with outdoor chill out and a low table, where you can enjoy the quietness of the area and the spectacular views of the sea and the mountains. If we go down the stairs we can enjoy the swimmingpool (8x4m), also furnished with sunbeds.
The perfect place to enjoy your vacation.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
