It has a lovely garden, with lawn, palm trees, cypress trees, yuccas, etc.
The house is located at the end of the El Palmar residential area, in a small gated complex consisting of four individual housing units.
The house has two floors and is distributed as follows:
On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, large fridge with freezer and washing machine.
The lounge-dining room with satellite TV has air conditioning and has direct access to the covered terrace, garden and swimming pool.
On the ground floor we find a double bedroom with air conditioning, mosquito nets and opposite the room a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and balcony, and a bedroom with double bed and small terrace. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
The house has private parking within the plot for one car.
Distance to the sandy beach 600m, bars and restaurants 350m, supermarkets 700m and to the centre of Denia 4.5 km.
The cost of heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor are wifi, bed sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
