Beautiful house in the residential estate Puerto Azul on 1st line to the beach. The house has his own garden completely fenced and direct access to the communal swimming pool which offers hammocks, outdoor shower and has a direct access to the beach which is 200m from the house.
The chalet is a two story house for 6 people and 300m2 plot. The garden has grass, lemon trees, hibiscus, bushes and a barbecue area.
Through some steps we go inside the house where we find the living room with Sat-TV, ceiling fan, gas chimney and an exit to a covered terrace completely furnished to the garden.
The modern American kitchen has all the amenities you’ll need like microwave with grill-oven, dishwasher, Nesspreso coffee machine, gas stove and a big fridge with independent freezer.
Still at the first floor where through three step we find two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bidet. The bedrooms have 180cmx200cm bed and the second one 160cmx200cm.
The third bedroom is at the second floor and has 180cmx200cm bed. We also find a bathroom with shower and bidet. All three bedrooms have ceiling fan and all the windows with mosquito nets.
The house is also available in the coolest months because of the gas central heating.
The owner would be very grateful if no smoking inside the house.

Covered parking is available for one vehicle at the same plot.
Distance to the beach just 200m, restaurants 300m, supermarket 500m and to the Denia’s downtown 5.5km.
