Nice holiday complex with a 12mx4m community pool just 150m from the beach and 2km from the city center. Supermarket, bars and restaurants at 100m.
The townhouse has two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with TV / SAT, fireplace and direct access to the terrace that overlooks the pool. The separate kitchen is newly renovated and consists of 4 hotplates, fridge with freezer, oven, toaster and a filter coffee machine.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, one double with two mattresses and the second with two single beds, both rooms with air conditioning. On the same floor there is a bathroom with a shower and the washing machine and a terrace overlooking the area of the garden.
The pool area has lawns, palm trees and a variety of other plants.
Private parking for one vehicle in front of the house.
Electricity included from June to September. From October to May:
50 kw / week incl. The cost per extra Kw consumed will be € 0.25 per KW.
