Description
This beautiful 230 m² villa has four bedrooms and its capacity is for eight people. The accommodation is located in the upper area of the city, just 3km from the beach, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the Montgó Natural Park that will not leave you indifferent.
The garden that surrounds the house houses various plants and trees, which help to keep the environment cool in the hot summer months. At the front of the villa is the parking area, which can fit several cars without problem. The rear area is reserved for the pool and barbecue. In this part you can find garden furniture as well as hammocks that will allow you to enjoy the villa.
The house has Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning / heat pump throughout the accommodation and fireplace. Upon entering we find ourselves in the fantastic living / dining room, very spacious and pleasant. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen for a perfect stay. It has: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
The first room has two 90cm beds together, next to it is the bathroom with shower. The second room is en suite, it also has two 90cm beds together and a bathroom with a shower.
The two remaining rooms are in the study, which is accessed from the pool area. In it there is a small kitchen with dining room, a bathroom with shower and a living room with TV.

Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost of the KW consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
