Description
This impressive villa has 240 m² of living space, in which there are 2 bedrooms, a loft area with two beds and 3 bathrooms. Its capacity is for 7 people.
The large garden that surrounds the house is made up of a multitude of plants and trees, the pool of more than 100 m² has nothing to envy to that of a resort since it has a shallower area for the little ones as well as a Jacuzzi. In the garden you have various elements for your use and enjoyment to make your stay as pleasant as hammocks, outdoor table and chairs, chill-out sofa, barbecue, ping-pong table...
Upon entering the house we find the living/dining/kitchen area in a single room. The kitchen has an island with views of the garden that will allow you to enjoy the outdoors while cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The house has Wi-Fi, smart-TV, covered parking in the same building and air conditioning/heat pump in two bedrooms.
Next to the living room is the first bedroom, it has air conditioning and a double bed. Next to it is the bathroom with shower.
Going up the stairs we find the loft-type area, in it there are two open closets, a reading area and two beds, one 90cm and the other 150cm.
We also find a bathroom with a shower in this area. Next to it is the last of the private rooms, with a double bed, dressing room and suite bathroom with bathtub.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
