Description
This 200m2 rustic farm has 2 bedrooms and its capacity is for 4 people. It is located 2 km from the city center, so it is perfect to enjoy a few days of tranquility in the countryside.
The land of more than 3,000m2 is made up of an area of orange trees, as well as tall trees that provide shade to enjoy walks throughout the property. Part of the border with the neighbor is not completely fenced, but the rest of the property is.
The villa has an 8-meter long pool, as well as various sunbeds and outdoor furniture so that guests can feel at home.
Also next to the kitchen there is a nice terrace where you can eat and enjoy the summer as it has an awning to protect yourself from the sun.
Upon entering the house we find the hall, in this house lovers of antiques will especially enjoy, as it houses a large number of pieces of furniture with history.
The large living/dining room is divided into two areas, the TV area and the dining area that has direct communication with the kitchen. The latter is fully equipped, has gas stoves, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils so that our clients can feel comfortable.
Next to the kitchen, you will find the first of the three bathrooms, all three with showers.
The first of the rooms has two 90cm beds, a built-in wardrobe and a fan. In front is another of the bathrooms.
The main room is en suite, has a 1.50m bed, fan and a bathroom with shower.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
