Description
Nice villa with capacity for 6 people. It is located on 600m2 land just 200m from the beach and 8km from Denia city center. The house is fully fenced and has a covered parking for one vehicle. The kidney-shaped pool is 8mx4m with a Roman staircase with a maximum depth of 2.20m and a minimum depth of 1m. The house has garden furniture for the use and enjoyment of the client.
Once inside the house we find a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace, has a TV-SAT and air conditioning. The independent kitchen has all the comforts: dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, nespresso coffee machine and fridge with freezer. The house has 4 double rooms with air conditioning, (one of them located on the top floor with a suite bathroom will only be available at an additional cost). The house has a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The house can be rented in winter, as it has central heating throughout the accommodation.
On the upper terrace we can enjoy wonderful views of the sea located just 200m.
There is a small supermarket 200m away and a bigger one 3km away.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
