1. RESERVATIONS / CONFIRMATION

 Reservations from mid-June to mid-September are only possible weekly, only from Saturday to Saturday, exceptions only for last-minute reservations.

 The client has 10 days from the time of booking to make the payment of 30% of the total amount of the rental to confirm your reservation. With this payment, the customer declares to accept the general conditions of Carlosferien.

 Once the payment is received, we will confirm the reception.

 In case of not having received the payment of the deposit of your reservation in 20 days, we can make another reservation without prior notice to other interested customers.

 The final payment will be made 42 days before arrival, only then you will get the rental document of the reservation, attaching contact address, collecting keys of the destination of your holiday as well as instructions.

 Upon request, you can also make the final payment upon arrival, with cash or credit card.

 

2. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

 In high season, the arrivals and departures will always be from Saturday to Saturday, with an arrival time of 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm and the departure time is until 10:00 am maximum.

 

Out of season, the check in and the check out are flexible (except Sundays), as well as the arrival and departure times provided it’s during office hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Check in on Sundays, bank holidays or after-hours will have an extra cost of € 20.-

In case of arriving after hours, call during office hours to inform us and we will give you instructions on collecting keys. Tel. (0034) 96 642 05 52

You must give the flight number, place and time of landing, to be informed and to know what time you will arrive.

 

3. DOCUMENTS

 According to the regulations, all guests from 16 years old who stay with us, must be credited to enter the establishment, by official document in force.

 

4. DEPOSIT

 At the Check In you will be left a mandatory deposit of  € 250 in cash. The refund of the deposit will be made the day of the Check Out after the devolution of keys and the control of the house in case there is any incident.

 

5. DAMAGES

In case of damages, loss and / or serious neglect by the tenant with respect to the rented property, the total amount of the damages will be invoiced to the lessee after discounting the deposit.

 

6. DEMANDS

In case of complaints or claims regarding real estate, you must inform in a maximum of 2 days. By mail info@carlosferien.info SMS or WhatsApp (+34) 607 945 095 possible. Any claim for compensation must be made in a max. 14 days after leaving the property and will be sent to the reservations office.

 

7. PETS

The animal are allowed in some lodgings and must be notified before their arrival, which will incur an extra cost of € 30 .- / week and per animal.

 

8. INCLUDED SERVICES

 - From June to September: final cleaning, sheets, towels, internet (in case there is one), water and electricity (including air conditioning)

 - From October to May: final cleaning, sheets, towels, internet (in case there is one) and water. Electricity according to the conditions cited below.

  

 

LONG-TERM STAYS IN LOW SEASON

 The final cleaning, sheets, towels and internet will not be included in the price and both electricity, central heating (gas, diesel or pellets), electric radiators, gas or electric stoves, will be paid according to consumption, always in cash. (See rates).

10INCREASED / RELOCATION

In case of some justifiable problem we will do everything in our hand for complying all the parts, changing the tenant at home or in case of need you can request the refound of your reservation. However, taxes have to be paid.

If you have travel insurance this protects you in case of justified cancellation (death - accident - illness). Let us know in case of emergency and send us the medical certificate.

In case of war, strike or transportation difficulties, which prevents the execution of such contract, we are authorized to denounce the compensation contract.

 

 11. CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation for other reasons, you will have to pay cancellation fees for Us and for the tour operator.

Regulation:

43 days before arrival 30% of the total amount.

42-14 days before arrival 75% of the total amount.

14-0 days before arrival 100% of the total amount.

If you cancel the same day or do not show up, 100% of the total amount will be paid.

We recommend that with your private insurance or car insurance, you make travel insurance protection.

 

12. PROBLEMS WITH ELECTRICITY / WATER

In case of water or electric power cut caused by third parties or other circumstances, we are not responsible. We are only responsible if the problem was in the house.

 

13. STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Table and chairs, hammocks, iron, ironing board, coffee maker and toaster.

Television-Sat, although you should bear in mind that they may not have programs in your language, since the issuer that is established may not issue the language that is right for you. The issuer can’t be changed nor will alternatives be searched for such programs. We don’t take care of these requests, because it’s not within our reach to satisfy them.

 

14. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE TENANT

The tenant will take care of the property. During the rental period, no more than the admitted persons will live, including children from 4 years old. The tenant will observe and comply with the landlord's instructions for the use of the facilities and services of the rented property.

The tenant will ensure not to cause to the surrounding neighbors, whether for him, for the rest of the tenants as well as for people who are in the property with their approval.

The tenant is obliged to take appropriate measures to avoid damage to the rented property, especially those resulting from fire, storm, etc. It’s forbidden to make noise in the accommodation and surroundings after 24.00 hours.

The tenant is obliged to communicate immediately any existing or foreseeable danger to the landlord.

The storage of dangerous substances in the property is prohibited. Minor damages, such as broken glasses or crockery will be liquidated with bail.

Cleaning the kitchen, such as the grill, fireplace and throwing away the garbage, belongs to the tenant and is not included in the cleaning fee.

 

The tenant is responsible for the damage caused to the property, unless it is caused by the wear of the same.
